I always enjoy my experiences at Plaza Infiniti because everything is so smooth and easy. I appreciate the covered area available upon arrival, especially during the extremely rainy season we're having. The staff is always extremely prompt, polite, professional, and personable. The job always seems to get done faster than anticipated. The waiting room is very convenient and comfortable with an array of complimentary snacks and beverages.

From the email and phone reminders that my car is due for service to picking up the car afterwards, everything worked to perfection. Although all the service writers are good, I have worked with Jim Kennedy for years now. He knows my car as well as my idiosyncrasies. Got an appointment easily. Car was done sooner than expected and returned in immaculate condition. Even the seats were returned to my position.

There is never an issue with getting an appointment and the service department is spot on. Also, the porter made sure the car was washed and vacuumed to his liking before releasing it to me. Spotless.

I am driving my 6th or 7th car from Plaza. I always have the service done at Plaza and it has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience; the employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. In all the years I have NEVER had to return because the service was not done correctly.

Have never had a more friendly, pleasant, competent & efficient experience at a dealership in my 61 years. Ever. On top of all that - all the costs due to extended warranty mix-up were voluntarily covered by the dealership. How often does this happen in your experience?

I've been a customer of Plaza Motors since 1980's. I've always been pleased with the employees and the service. Outstanding to work with. Most recently I was adding gas before returning the loaner car. I was hit by another car attempting to maneuver around my loaner car. My reporting the collision to Plaza Infinity was easy and no hassle. The next morning I got a VM from Plaza that said Plaza was fixing the car and wouldn't even report it to the insurance company of the car

I had several issues that were all covered under warranty that I needed taken care of. After a horrible customer service experience at a competitor, I chose to give Plaza a try. Jim in the service dept kept me informed every step of the way. There was a problem getting a part so it took 11 days for my work to be completed. I had a loaner vehicle the entire time & after a mix-up where I was told my vehicle was done but one issue was not fixed, Jim had my car delivered to me in IL so I did

The team at Plaza Infiniti did a great job. They were patient as I evaluated my options including a rather lengthy trip through the garage where I believe I changed my mind on which color combination I wanted at least 3 times. They gave me a killer deal and backed up their assertion that they wanted to keep me in the Plaza family by beating dealers from throughout the midwest on price and making me a very happy customer.

Exceptional buying experience from beginning to end. Can't overemphasize how cool it is to have nearly the full spectrum of luxury automobile manufacturers available "under one roof." After having such a bad experience with bommarito infiniti, PLAZA INFINITI helped me so much! They are so nice and considerate. Everyone in there was helpful. They were very trustworthy and honest. i will only be bringing my infinit to this dealership and i will be soon buying a new car from them as well.

Love this dealership! I work for a dealer in central Illinois and needed to send a G37 to them for warranty work. While at first I expected to wait 1-2 weeks for parts and for them to get me in, they were able to get me in the same day I scheduled the appointment and the repairs were completed the same day! Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Our dealership will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. It is worth the trip! Highly recommended to anyone needing

Great, easy, friendly service. Felt like we were old friends. I loved my old Infiniti and I think I'll be even happier with my new one. We loved the ease of the transition from old lease to new one. Our salesman couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel so comfortable.

Ricky was very pleasant and went above and beyond to find me the car that I wanted. We looked at a couple of different dealerships and all of the salespeople at Plaza were friendly and tried working within my budget. one e-mail got a decent price quote compared to others.no haggling. bought the car unseen. all the work done on the phone. visited the dealership to pickup the car. car ready as promised. Total time spent less than 1.5 hrs at dealership. good buying experience.

Rob D'Alto and everyone I interacted with at Plaza Infiniti were highly professional and worked to resolve an issue to my complete satisfaction which I had, not with the dealer, but with Infiniti USA. This was the second car which I have bought from Plaza Motors (the other was a Cadillac xxx) and I have been very impressed with their commitment to customer service. On both occasions I felt that I paid a fair price and received first rate service both before and after the sale.

The people at Plaza are friendly and helpful. The service is always great. We have 2 other cars that we hve boght form Plaza and have been pleased in all ways. It's a pleasure to go there. I have already been called and emailed to see if I am happy with my new car and if I have any questions and I've only had it 2 days.

This rating was requested by my salesperson. My experience at the dealship was quite positive. Mark Conn, salesperson, was very helpful appeared honest and straight forward He did not use pressure tactics Everyone seemed friendly and happy to have my business. I have never had such a pleasant car-buying experience than my recent experience with Plaza Infiniti. Anthony Jones is a wonderful salesperson. He showed me every last thing my vehicle could do, answered all of my questions, and was always readily available to me after the sale. Everyone at Plaza was great! Very friendly, helpful and patient. Willing to work with you regarding financing and pricing. Even arranged to have my rental car returned for me so it was more convenient for me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a great experience, much better than expected! Our total buying experience was stressless, from the sale to the financing. We were so impressed with the quality of the vehicle (QX-56)and the knowledge of our sales professional, Mark Conn, that we bought 2! Plaza went out of there way to make sure we and our 4 children were taken care of throughout the buying process. We traveled 100 miles to the dealership, thus had to spend the day in St. Louis. I highly recommend Plaza, the QX-56, and our sales professional, Mark Conn.

There are some dealerships that the buying experience is absolutely horrifying, but Plaza Infiniti is on the polar opposite of that. The fine people there make the buying experience as hassle-free and as easy can be. This is by far the best place to spend $40k and still have a smile on your face not only minutes after the sale, but keep that smile after you go home and do a self-evaluation of the experience.
